Who we are
The service is provided by MB Tvarkom ("Tvarkom", "we", "us"), a small partnership (mažoji bendrija) registered in Lithuania, registered office Gedimino g. 22A-14, 44319 Kaunas, Lithuania. Contact: [email protected].
By requesting an audit on tvarkom.com, using the Checkout Speed Audit for WooCommerce plugin ("the plugin") or buying Tvarkom Pro, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
What the service does
Tvarkom audits WooCommerce stores and emails you a report. Our scanner loads your store's public pages like a visitor would and measures response times, page weight and caching. With the plugin, and only if you tick Include store data in my audit, the report also uses data the plugin reads from your store, as described in our Privacy Policy. Neither the scanner nor the plugin changes anything on your store.
Reports describe your store at the moment of the audit. Results can vary between audits with traffic, hosting and caching.
Your store and your key
- You may only audit stores you own or are authorized to manage.
- The plugin registers your store by confirming that the request comes from its domain, and issues an API key for that domain only. Keep the key private; it lets anyone use your store's audits.
- If your store's address changes, the plugin registers it again.
Free plan
- Each store can run 4 standard audits per 30 days through the plugin, at most one per store and email address per day.
- Audits requested on tvarkom.com have their own limits per email address and network.
- We may change the free plan's limits or features. We'll show the current limits in the plugin.
Tvarkom Pro
- Pro is a one-time payment of €149, VAT included, for 4 detailed audits for one store, to use within 12 months of purchase. Unused audits expire after 12 months. It is not a subscription and doesn't renew.
- While your store has Pro audits left, every audit you run uses one. Detailed audits need Include store data in my audit ticked; without it, no Pro audit is used.
- An audit that fails on our side (for example, our scanner can't complete it or the report can't be sent) doesn't use a Pro audit.
- You can buy Pro again once your Pro audits are used or have expired. In the meantime, your store keeps its free plan allowance separately.
- Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices may change for future purchases; a change doesn't affect Pro you've already bought.
Refunds and withdrawal
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as your store hasn't used any of its Pro audits. Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or tell us the store. Once a Pro audit has been used, Pro isn't refundable. A Pro audit that failed on our side doesn't count as used.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase. By running your first Pro audit, you ask us to start the service within that period and accept that you then lose the right to withdraw.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to audit stores you don't control, to get around its limits (for example with multiple keys or email addresses for the same store), to overload our systems or other websites, or to resell audits without our written agreement. We may suspend a key or block audits that break these terms.
Reports and advice
Reports, including the Pro fix plan and its time estimates, are information to help you decide what to improve. They aren't a guarantee of any result, and you decide which changes to make. Back up your store before making changes, and test them on a staging copy where possible. Time estimates assume a developer familiar with WordPress and your hosting.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.
Your data
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending
You can stop using the service at any time by deleting the plugin. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we end it for any other reason, we'll refund your unused Pro audits pro rata.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell Pro customers by email. Changes don't apply retroactively to Pro you've already bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, unless you're a consumer and the law of your country gives you the right to bring them where you live.
